  • It was'nt so long ago that the Russians had a 3000 ship Navy which was larger even than the US Fleet.They still have some fine vessels such as Peter the Great (heavy Cruiser)
    Those glory days are long gone as the costs were prohibitive.That parade was awesome with all the live missile firing.I bet they were scooping dead fish out of the harbour for a week.Thanks for posting ladoga.
