Syria - 2 in 1 FSA Unity Brigade snipes an Assad soldier who then screams + return fire (28/9/12)

You can see the SAA Assad soldier dropping, then screaming for help (turn your volume up).
The second SAA comes to his aid and simply stands in the middle of the road waiting for a headshot.
An excellent sniper would have no difficulty taking him out too.

I agree, the 2nd soldier did step out further than he needed to in order to return fire. However, where you saw a man standing in the road "waiting for a headshot", I saw a man move relatively effectively under fire in order to aid a fallen comrade.
Nitpicking his choice of tactics from your armchair, no matter what your personal military experience may be, is pathetic.
That man is displaying loyalty, courage and just trumped anything most people will accomplish in their entire live More..

Smart sniper. He took the shot he wanted. You don't continue firing so you don't compromise your position. If the FSA actually held the area I am sure they would have taken more shots with the sniper. This way one shot, walk away let them be scared never knowing when the next one will hit. Come back two days later hit again.

second assadist soldier acted brave to evacuate the sniper victim, no matter how i despise the assadist cause. of course he risked getting shot by the sniper.
as for the 1-shot-only sniping, thats for sure a good tacitc. in my video "Classics of the IRAQ war #2: excellent ISI Sniper compilation 2009" you can see a different approach where the ISI sniper takes out or at least wounds american troops with secondary shots.
