Nasty accident from Taiwan. This time we see a scooter rider taken out hard by a pick-up truck/van.
It appears that the truck turned on a red. Hope the rider was Okay, no more info.

@biz because you haven't seen the aftermath, and yes people did help. it was on the Taiwanese news channels. Taiwan aint mainland China. Taiwan has cultural influence from China pre cultural revolution, Japan, dutch and french, so the way people behave and their morals are completely different from China today. Still can't drive, but people do willingly help you.
