  • Good on the movie directors to let actual military members play their parts.

  • This army vet, did a really good job in the movie!
When me and my g/f saw the film, we both were thinking: "Who is this chap and is that a Hollywood trick on his legs?" now we know! :)
And I say that, because, to be honest, who wants to read all the credits at the end of any movie? Not me!

  • I liked this about Battleship, there was a lot of homage paid to veterans in the movie. It was actually a decent movie, shame it went up against The Avengers.

The best part of the movie was the intro, it actually tied in to a viral video we've all seen online with the film's hero being the bungling burglar flling through the roof of a convenience store. It was just epic :-).

The worst part was the contrived battleship game tie-in set at night with them unable to detect eachother, it made no fu More..

    • @coolnet12see I'm honoring a war veteran, someone who gave so much to my country and your calling me a moron?

What have you done for your veterans? What sacrifice have you made for your country?

You don't know what the word "Moron" means.

      1. Informal . A person who is notably stupid or lacking in good judgment.

      2. Psychology .A person of borderline intelligence in a former and discarded classification of mental retardation, having an intelligence quotient of 50 to 69.

      ...ah yes More..

I absolutely hate soldiers, whether from my country or yours. They are killers, who will end lives just because they were told to.

And fuck that guy! How the fuck did he defend your country, by invading many other?

Fact is that any idiot can become a soldier, more terrifying is that there are more sadist than idiots in your army...And you guys are fucking everywhere..

    • @coolnet12see Apparently you have no common sense and a logical conversation with you would be futile. I would guess you are a person of borderline intelligence so I will end this now.

      I'm right, your wrong.
      I win, you lose.

      The end.

  • Battleship was a disaster financially and as a movie; poor script, plot holes.
The single good thing was the CGI and a very few actors.

  • I support the dude, but why upload this? I don't think a majority of people give 2 shits about this (supposedly really shitty reviewed) hollywood movie.

  • More tact is required when questioning vets on TV!
I became a little uneasy on some of her lines of questioning.

    • @waydan She did a good job and the door was opened in the movie and he got the opportunity to speak for vets to a massive audience.

  • It was a good movie and he played his part well. It did fail up against the avengers, but wasn't any less believable than much of the crap that comes out, the action was good, and in all it was a very entertaining movie.
