Eleven years after 9/11, this released film containing undisclosed images, footage and documents about Kurt Sonnenfeld and his work at Ground Zero as videographer on assignment for the U.S. Government. Sonnenfeld has been living in exile in Argentina since 2003.

  • Technically if you're filming for the Government, I'm pretty sure any footage you take would be their property, unless it was specifically written otherwise into your contract. But that is something I couldn't see the government going for, so basically you're airing stolen footage about top secret and confidential sites... no wonder they're coming after you, rightfully so.

  • Uses the phrase "dismissed without prejudice" as some kind of proof of innocence - it really means that the double-jeopardy rule doesn't apply and the State can re-try him as they choose.

    So the the guy immediately runs to Argentina - where extradition is very difficult. Now he's trying to use a Truther defense to stay out of prison.
