Does he have a good point? Surveillance cameras on the roads and in places of business serve an objective purpose. Some random asshole sticking a camera in your face is altogether different.

The video recorded on a store is not going to end in youtube (unless a crime is involved), and the owner is responsible for its use. You don't know what the troll is going to do with the video.Same with public videos.

Than he should mount his camera somewhere and move it while people move, instead of walking up behind people, sitting at their tables and peering through glass windows, a surveillance camera is stationary, it doesn't come down out of the ceiling and tell you to calm down when you are being annoying.
