Two thoughts. First, this has to be at least 10 years old. The US has not used that style (especially the top turret style) in a long time.

My guess is it broke down and the guys in the vehicle didn't have the key for the padlock to take the radios. Other than that, unless it got stripped by the retards dancing around they probably took everything they could out of it and left it there.
Although I'd have dropped a thermite on the dash before I left, but that's just me.
But yeah- I don't see any battle damage whatsoever on it, which makes me think that it's just broke down.
I can't remember if the Iraqis used our radios or not, More..

@Toobatheviking They were SINGARS in the hummer, looked to me like it might have been disabled somehow and instead of recovering it they took almost everything out. Our Tankers did that in Ramadi. Left the route they were supposed to be on, got hit by an IED while they were alone and when the hummer rolled they bailed back to a known OP. The Iraqi's took everything, m2, at4, ammo, they got it all. Then they parked some tanks on the neighborhood sheiks lawn and he got it all back for them.
