what????? you mean this happens in a china where the business code of ethics is one of the best in the world. This is typical of them that's why there is constant grey green orangy clouds 364 days a year in china. They destroy their enviroment because their so far behind and their reasoning is we whites did it 150 years ago so they can too. They have caused far more destruction than us and the wealth is held on too with such tight fists.
