May 2 - Parts of Thailand including the capital are under threat from a combination of sinking land and rising sea levels.
Experts say Bangkok is steadily sinking because of the amount of ground water pumped out from beneath it while some villages on the coast are already under water which environment campaigners blame on rising sea levels.
Paul Chapman reports.
