Hit and run in Russia
The pursuit of wrongdoing in Vladivostok.
A young guy made a traffic accident in Vladivostok and using the fact that the car is not numbered, decided to flee the scene. Sacrificing his vehicle, the driver of the jeep managed to stop the abuser.
