It's very practically for the FSA-you can call everyone a "shabiha" you want to. It seems everyone who is no fundamental Sunni is one of them.
I have read,that there are only 10000 shabiha-men in Syria - how is it possible that nearly in every vid from Syria is talked about shabiha here,shabiha there and shabiha everywhere....strange
