Truck wiping out cars
A serious accident has shocked the Russian city of Ufa: A truck loaded
with sand rammed 12 cars at an intersection. A young boy was reportedly
behind the wheel when the truck's brakes failed. Three men were taken to
local hospital.

Damn thats a fuck-ton of momentum. Though the driver was young, if it was confirmed that the brakes failed, shouldn't there be regulations and checks on the condition of the brakes pre-shipment? What kind of company was the driver working for? Many unanswered questions in this video.
These Russian dash cams are getting great footage lately. I wonder what footage could be caught in America. Could make us look even worse than we already do.
