Two clearer, less jerky cell phone videos of the Eaton Centre food court and one of the victims of Saturday evening's shooting in which one man died, for those who complained that the first video was "crap" and "not worth posting".

The suspected shooter, 23-year old Christopher Husbands, turned himself in to the police on Monday and made a brief court appearance where he was charged with one count of first-degree murder and six counts of attempted first-degree murder.

The police said that the shooting was due to a personal dispute and not gang-related although Husbands, 24-year old victim Ahmed Hassan and an unnamed 23-year old man who remains in hospital all allegedly belonged to the same gang. The police also said that the shooting was a spontaneous act that occurred as Husbands and the targeted victims ran into each other at the mall. Reportedly, Husbands was also under house arrest, although the terms of that sentence are not yet known.
