Pesto Ingredients:
4 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
7 Garlic Cloves
5 Medium Sized Hot Red Chili Pepper's
1/4 Cup of Pecorino Cheese
1 Oz. Pine Nuts/Pignoli Nuts
2 Cups Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
