@Tongueboy Simple. Visit in the summer :-) I hate the cold as well - bigtime - but aside from winter - climate disasters are rare. No earthquakes either.

gawsh, thats a fantastic advert, so glad my tiny country has all of that heaven on earth too! drive a day to the snow, go across the road to swim in a river, climb a mountain, and twenty min to beaches, we are so lucky to live where we live, I cant imagine living in dust..

@Poosti Malaka Ive always heard that too, but guess what, I cant say Canada LOL Ive never been able to say it without screwing up how its syllabilized or really concentrating on the syllables, then usually just a couple few goes. Even if someone is saying it to me over n over, it just wont work proper hahaha (thats my only difficult word, as a parent I straightened everything else out somewhat, and my son just laughs at me as does everyone else lol)

Been there. The Canadian Rockies are even more stunning then the US Rockies. Stopped and hiked back to a little off-road trail that went back to Horse Shoe Lake (this was in British Columbia) in Banff Park (IIRC). You could stand on the cliff edges around the lake and see trout swimming 30 feet under the water. It was like heaven back there.
And it always amazes me to see sled dogs smiling while they pull a sled. You wouldn't think so, but they love doing stuff like that.
