What's that you say — looks digitally doctored? I don't know. The basketball never leaves the frame, it takes the right looking bounce (considering how flat it is), and their reaction appears genuine, especially if you guess this took 50 or so attempts to successfully pull off like I do.

If it was fake why would they go to the extent of using a stadium instead of down some street. The reason is because it's a perfect place to maximize distance on the throw (all downhill). The trajectory and impact all look relative to me. Although i have never seen someone do that before, so relative is not necessarily relative. lol

It does leave the frame. The very edge of the ball stays in frame but that wouldn't be hard to fix with CGI.
