Furthermore, Michael Giacona, 39, will have to wear the handmade sign at the exact scene of the accident that claimed the life of 20-year-old Pennywell.
Released from his 90-day prison sentence, Giacona's two year probation includes the decision made by Harris County Court-at-Law Judge Michael R. Fields for Giacona to sport the sign.

In addition to wearing the sign, Giacona will wear an ankle-monitoring device and have to keep a framed photograph of the victim in his home.
'Mr. Giacona, I have considered what the witnesses had to say. I have looked at the state’s exhibits and, and quite frankly, I am concerned about you and this decision to place you on shock probation,' said Fields according to the Houston'sKHOU.
Michael Giacona spent 90-days in prison for the deadly incident and will spend a further two years on probation
'You make me nervous, and the reason you make me nervous is I believe what the witnesses said about your behavior that evening: That you were, even after killing someone, still looking to get more alcohol. This is not your first DWI.'
This Saturday marks the first day that Giacona will have to wear the sign from 9a.m to 5 p.m at the scene of the crime.
