He was the last president this country had. 50minutes with no script, no teleprompter. Saw him do the same thing in person in West Texas in '08.
PS: My cousin told me he had a teleprompter for this speech but drove the operator nuts by constantly going off script. He may have planned it that way since he had to give the Bohama people a copy before hand and didn't figure it was really any of their business what he was going to say.
