Neighbors Thought Dead Body Was Halloween Dummy
MARINA DEL REY -- The body of man who had been shot in the head remained slumped on the balcony railing of his Marina del Rey apartment for four days before police were notified.
Neighbors say they noticed the body Monday but didn't call officials until Thursday because they thought it was part of a Halloween display.

I used to live there in 1971 when they were first building the waterfront apts, not yet condos.
