    • @Scrubby001 If the Federal government isn't going to do anything then we must regardless of who has jurisdiction. You don't see the Federal Government making a big stink over all the illegal immigrants coming over the border and breaking their precious law they're trying to protect, do you?

      I agree that there are issues with immigration that need to be addressed and fixed.

      I do not agree that that acting outside the law is ever acceptable.

      SB 1070 is little more than vigilante justice on a state level.

      I find it contradictory that Arizona is willing to imprison its own citizens for vigilantism (see Shawna Forde), yet seeks it openly via SB 1070.

  • Funny,because a quick google search will show that under Obama,deportations are up.As of sept.2011 1.06 million have been deported.The entire time Bush was in 1.57 million deported in 8 yrs.Bush also favored immigration reform.
