Always a lot of comments on videos portraying cops 'abusing' their power. If you walked in to a shop and were abusive or violent, or started a fight on a street you'd expect to get your teeth knocked out. Why you would expect humans not to respond in the same manner because of the clothes they wear is beyond me.
