Sorry for black spots.
I am cleaning my sensor with lenspen sensorklear (so far the best and the safest method), but in this magnification it's impossible to avoid these tiny things on the sensor and integrated cleaning system in my Canon camera will not help.

Recorded with Canon 60D and reversed 24mm f/2.8 Exacta lens with extension tubes.
