I don't understand why there's even a debate, I wouldn't hire someone that has a negative attitude no matter what , she had a negative attitude from the minute she walked in..she admitted it herself..the end.
That comment she made , alone should have been a red flag for the EEOC to ignore the complaint, but obviously there are other agendas being chased here.
