Los Angeles Human Rights activist Dr Joseph Zernik filed today repeat request with the United States Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit, in New York City, [1] for copies of the November 5, 2004, Summary Order in Scott Huminski v Town of Bennington, Vermont, et al (03-7036), [2] which were previously denied by the same office. Such Order, issued in the names of three circuit judges, including today Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, was unsigned, and was previously claimed by Dr Zernik as fraud on both Scott Huminski – Appellant in the case, and also on the US Senate – since then Circuit Judge Sotomayor listed it in her statement to the Senate’s Judiciary Committee as one of her decisions. [3] In fact, Dr Zernik claimed that such paper could never be an honest, valid, and effectual decision of the court, and could never be a Summary Order as falsely represented, since it lacked affirmation by the circuit judges, moreover, the attestation by the clerk, if any ever existed, was concealed from public access. [4]
