This is just my take on this thing as I see what the in Washington are proposing..

My accepted proposal:

1. Bail them out

2. Report DAILY all transactions to Congress, in the OPEN, in PUBLIC>

3. Congress can stop this bailout at ANY time and put it ON HOLD if there are ANY dealings that are unethical or unrecorded.

4. REPORT EVERYTHING - Americans DEMAND a receipt for EVERY DIME YOU SPEND ON THIS.

5. Renegotiate those housing loans with interest rates that make those payments affordable. We are already paying for the greed of these companies, but if you do NOT help the homeowners in this, it's just NOT right.

6. If Bush and Cheney are selling this plan with NO CHANGES, it's a LIE, a FALSEHOOD, and a method to FRAUD America out of BILLIONS and BILLIONS of dollars. Sorry Georgie and Dick, but I do NOT trust you in any way shape or form.
