The chain of command for starters.... And I don't see how a street cop represents paramilitary. And unlike regular citizen, cops in the US also must follow state laws, but can be prosecuted for civil rights violations, which occurs more often that I would like to see.. something regular folks don't have to worry about. I didn't sign up for criminal justice courses to become a police officer so I can beat the shit out of everyone, I am doing this because I am passionate about law enforcement and helping people.

  • I don't care if you are a man, woman or what, if you try to make a get away on the cops when they are right there and it's very obvious you were involved in what ever happened don't be surprised if you get tackled. Not to mention if you are tough enough to punch someone else in the head you are tough enough to take a tackle. I hate police brutality as much as the next person but take some responsiblity for your actions when involved in an altercation when you are caught red handed by the cops.
