@Poster101 Or, like any number of young, impressionable 16-year-old kids around the world, bought into the propaganda of a particular ideology, joined up with the notion of being a heroic freedom fighter, and paid the price. A rebel doesn't have to suffer a personal loss to be motivated to fight, like you assume.
