Car Plows Through A Crowd Of People
Apparently this person didn't like to be held up by the crowd on the street. So, what better way to get past them then to drive through them. A victim ends up trapped underneath the car and is dragged. No further info.

It seems to me that the cause of this very unfortunate incident was clearly due to the presence of people in the way.
So, until the very clever car engineers find a way to make this unpleasant problem a minor one (similar to the problem caused by flying insects smashing onto our windscreens at high speeds) I am afraid we will witness this kind of tragedy on a very regular basis.
Live with it, or leave it.

If people stuck to those simple rules then a lot of accidents wouldn't happen
