Father Accused Of Shocking Daughters With Collars.
KNOXVILLE, TN -- A Tennessee father was in court Tuesday accused of raping his two daughters and shocking them with electric collars to get them to obey him.
The 18-year-old says that their father raped her and her sister for five years.
The step-mother of the teenagers has also been charged for allegedly knowing about the abuse.
Prosecutors say more charges may be filed.
