Early yesterday morning, rapper Nelly had his home in Wildwood, Missouri broken into. An unknown male was seen fleeing the property about 7am. Police received a call and proceeded to comb the area around Nelly's estate looking for a Black male in his 20's or 30's.

The police call came from residents inside of the estate. A man who lived on the property confronted the burglar, who had a duffel bag full of items at the time. According to reports the bag contained: electronics, video games, and some of Nelly's personal belongings. After being confronted, the intruder fled the property in a black GMC Yukon. Some witnesses claim that the vehicle was still around the area of the property, shortly after the incident took place. However, no arrests or anything have been made at this time. Nelly was not home during the time of the burglary. Instead Nelly was in Atlanta, preparing for his event today at Lenox Square Mall. He was doing an in store appearance at Macy's. The rapper met with fans and signed autographs. But there was a catch though, fans had to spend $75 or more in order to be eligible to meet the rapper. The event took place this afternoon.
