if you don't know about the emergency brakes.. you should not be allowed to drive.. Basic shit. Read your fucking owner's manual! Airbags don't always go off. the car hit the wall on an angle, not enough to set off enough sensors!

I'm a little suspicious. How do you know this is a GM vehicle? We can't see it and it's obviously driving through Asia somewhere.
It was a good bailout, but that driver could slowed down a lot more by gearing down and maybe using the emergency brake.
