Mitt Romney today at the “Values Voter Summit” where he reeled off a litany of “If only’s” about President Obama. He concluded the litany with: “Then perhaps he could have delivered on his promise of “Yes We Can.” Instead, we know all too well that, “No He Didn’t.”

The “No He Didn’t” could be a pretty good slogan for the 2012 Campaign.
