With those trees on either side of the road, this was insanely dangerous. I've actually done smaller jumps than this and there are two problems: 1. when you're airborne you have no control whatsoever over your direction. If your launch isn't perfect you're going to come down headed off the road. 2. the car is surprisingly squirrelly upon landing. High speed and the bouncing do that, I guess. It's very easy to lose control trying to correct for an imperfect trajectory.
