I own my body and I will decide how much exercise it gets, what fumes it will breath, what I will in inject, smoke, snort etc. I am the owning of my body and no one else. I take offense to anyone who thinks that they have the right to tell me (by law) what I can do with my own body.
The concept of a crime against oneself is laughable. Is the human race really this stupid?

I disagree. The concept of "hard" drugs is woolley at best. For example, which is worst - someone who does a line of coke every weekend or someone who drinks a litre of Vodka every day. It is quite obvious that drug abuse is much more about the person than the drug.

haha it's pretty loose up here..cops don't give you grief unless you're being obnoxious(driving,kids around etc.) i burn all day long, i even break @ 420 during work lol. Glad to be in Canada....

Its kind of the same deal here, cops catch us with weed and make us stomp on it; they always say "we dont care about weed, we are looking for meth, coke and heroin.
