@elmerfudd13 In that case they would be finding lots of stuff, and would have likely ignored it. I imagine... Secondly an old landfill would not have a latexbased sextoy. They didn't exist when landfills were 300 feet shallower.

1. The "finders" knew what it really was, but are claiming it to be something else for some reason.
2. Someone tossed it into the well when no one was looking. It's possible they took more than one day to dig the well, which leaves plenty of time.
