Far beyond flooding, water rushes through Cedar Rapids Iowa.Reports say that 400 city blocks are underwater. Cedar River crested at a record -breaking 32 feet, 12 feet over the previous record set in 1979. A 100 ft breach in a levee in Des Moines occurred today. The National Guard has been called out to help with a mandatory evacuation underway now, and have abandoned trying to reinforce a back up berm. The area is now unprotected.
