I took those photos with Canon 60D & Canon 60mm macro f/2.8 lens (some of the photos with the extension tubes - those with high magnification). Second photo was taken with reversed Exacta 24mm f/2.8 lens and extension tubes.

2nd part of video:
I took those photos with Canon 60D & Canon 300mm f4 IS lens (some of the photos with the extenders - Kenko 1.4 mc4 dgx & Canon 2x II).
