A school board in Utah his proposing implanting and/or issuing badges implanted with RFID tracking chips. The chips will allow the kids' physical location to be monitored at all times. A lot of parents are rather unhappy with the idea and not at all ready to go along with the proposal.

I never had kids - on purpose. This world is hopeless and almost unlivable and getting worse by the day. I figured i did one or two souls the biggest favor of their lives by NOT bringing them into this stinking Hell of a world.
