Yes, he was moving fine before and after less than a minute could only roll to cover. Once out of the line of fire, he could not stand up, so it looks like some, if not all of that blood is his.

@Geckorn Yes he got shot, towards the end you can see that one of his legs is broken just above the ankle as he is rolling over and over. A bullet shattered his leg.
