This was invented in the 1800's as a safe alternative to steam power and was suppressed by the elite who were making plenty of money from steam engines. It can be run from solar power, you can't buy them as the patents are all owned by companies who are suppressing the technology but you can buy information on how to build one and make one yourself if you have the skills.
