  • So sad to see other fellow Americans on here who think the guys practicing their rights are in the wrong. You people are the reason we are losing our rights here everyday. You can bitch and complain saying 'this political party is making us lose our rights!' all you want but it's EVERYONE who allow these things to happen. Have you been to an airport recently? Why do we allow this shit to continue? Follow blindly follow sheep.

  • they are not trolling, they are excersizing their constitutional right. The cops have absolutely NO PROOF of any reason why they should be detained or searched. Know your rights and demand that they be respected.

You're right the cops don't have any proof to detain or search them, but then again they never detain or search them. The police never broke a law either. Its not unlawful to ask your citizenship or any other question for that matter. Its not unconstitutional to have checkpoints either.

These guys equate to the people walking around town with AR-15s on their back with a camera in hand. Sure they More..

    Posted Feb-27-2013 By

    (19) | Report

    • @Gammelfisch
      Sicherheitsdienst was an intelligence agency.

The DHS is similar to any other country's 'Interior Ministry.'

      AKA your Bundesministerium des Innern.

      Posted Feb-28-2013 By

    • Wrong, the "Bundesministerium des Innern" is the equivalent to your Dept. of Justice.

Alright, I should have wrote the later "Reichssicherheitshauptamt (RSHA)" which combined the "Sicherheitspolizei (Sipo)" and the "Sicherheitsdienst (SD)." Both the RSHA and DHS were formed to root out any threat to state security.

DHS: "The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is a cabinet department of the United States federal government, created in response to the September 1 More..

Any other time I would say: dude just tell them you are a citizen, and be on your way.

But The Border Patrol and Homeland Security should apply common sense and PROFILE. Instead they want to harass American Citizens and trample all over our rights, just like at the airport.

i wonder if the fact that your country is significantly less violent has anything to do with differences in the styles of policing (and the reasons behind the differences)? Are there prisons-for-profit there too?

yea because once they're here they have certain rights. and that is expensive.

catch them before they get here. and lets say a terrorist does get 75miles across the border before he gets caught or blows up a school. heell, we might as well give them a 75mile free pass.
