Update To My "Road Rage Idiot" Featured Video 
Video number 1 is just prior to the original video. The road rage is building between the two. Clearly the guy in the Chrysler 300 purposely tried to make the guy recording miss the light by staying put during a green light, and accelerating through the intersection during a yellow light. The guy recording followed through anyways. The second video is after the featured one when they are awaiting the police. The Chrysler 300 guy seemed to be calmed down at bit, and his strange accent subsided somewhat lol.
In the end (from what I've heard), the original "road rage idiot" was charged with assault. I still don't have an answer on whether or not he was found guilty.

There's clear evidence here they were spiking each other, so my final judgement is the shithead in the car should get run over by a truck (though that was my first judgement too). Not in the USA, a police officer can be video taped in public. A public employee in a public space has no assumption of privacy. See copblock.org

Yeah if i'm correct, you can video tape anywhere at any time in public of anyone. The police can stop you if they believe you're obstructing with their operations, which basically just means taping too close to them. However what this guy in the video is NOT authorized to do is use the footage of the guy for monetary gain. Ie, if he put this on youtube and put in advertisements, he isn't allowed without the guy's permission.
