after reviewing this one more time it appears there were 2 vehicles involved, at first he follows the one to the off ramp then the same truck continues while the other backs out of the left ramp and that is the one who begins shooting. both appeared of the same color, I hope they caught them.

After seeing the pics, WOW just WOW. Lucky man to have survived. The scum in the SUV are damn good shots especially from a moving vehicle I have no clue how the cop avoided getting hit.
