From the source: More developments have emerged days after an RTA officer was seen pepper-spraying a crowd in downtown Cleveland.CEO Joe Calabrese updated the RTA board at Tuesday's board meeting.

Officials say they reviewed videos of the incident, including bus video, dash cam video and street surveillance video from the scene. Earlier on Sunday, RTA police removed a drunk, 14-year-old from a bus near Cleveland State University and were about take him to the police station. Bus surveillance video shows the teen and the officer walking off the bus to the bus stop. At the same time, the nearby Black Lives Matter national conference in Cleveland had just ended. Within minutes, other officers arrived and the crowd around them grew. The officer, Sgt. Robert Schwab has been placed on administrative duty.

According to the police report released, the officer repeatedly told demonstrators to get back, but they did not comply. That's when Sgt. Schwab sprayed the pepper spray in front of the crowd and it began to disperse.Surveillance video shows the crowd continues to grow, blocking police cruiser from leaving the scene.

The teen was taken to a waiting EMS and then released him to his mother.
