NEAR DEATH AT SEAWORLD
Near Death at SeaWorld -Worldwide exclusive video, obtained via FOIA,
depicting a serious aggression incident by the killer whale Kasatka
against her SeaWorld San Diego trainer Ken Peters in 2006.
In
the video, Kasatka grabs her trainer's foot and will not let go, dunking
him under the water for extended periods of time. Peters, who remains
eerily calm, finally manages to free himself, only to have Kasatka
charge him over the barrier net.
This video was presented at
trial in the case of SeaWorld v US Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis. Judge
Ken Welsch, who ruled largely against the company.

he was getting toyed with, the whale just wanted to show him how much it sucks having to live in a fucking aquarium. IF that Orca had wanted him dead the water wouldve been red in seconds and hed be getting tossed side to side like a seal.

From some quick Googling. Looks like he also was attacked in 1999, but as of at least 2007 and some Flickr photos, he still works at SW San Diego with the whales.

Hold on a minute, why is there any case to answer here? If one jumps into a pool with a killer whale (a wild mammal) for money, you must want to jump in the pool. No one pushed you. You jumped in...for money. What's more puzzling, these evil greedy animal abusers jumped into a pool with a killer whale that had had three other previous attacks; what kind of animal abuser jumps into the same pool, with the same mammal who tried to kill you previously?
The only case the company should be answering More..

@_Byron_ We learn about dinosaurs without them being around. The only business Marine Parks care about is the dollar bills they rake in. Seaworld charges $90 a head. Loving an animal to death is not love at all. Just ask Dawn Brancheau (RIP).
