@internetian I don't know about american, but in canada they dont pay shit for welfare, in fact they will look into your entire life and families life before even considering given you like 500 bucks a month, i know this guy i rented in the same place when i lived in ottawa, he snorted coke and cursed the government for not getting welfare..he ended going from working at IBM to home depot.
