  • Fuck the stop sign--what about riding with no hands?

  • The only way to get any kind of "real" motorcycle safety training is to sign up for one that includes classroom training with "in person" instructors, and then plenty of practice in a safe area actually riding a motorcycle.

I have ridden my entire life but went ahead and took a class back in 2002. I actually learned a few things. Then I got a discount on my motorcycle insurance for completing the course. I think it was about $200 but well worth it in my opinion.

It's mandatory here as part of the license. Bikes are much harder to qualify for than cars (cornflake packet license). I think car licences should have to do the same as such skills are equally required for any vehicle! And a restest over a certain age.
Biggest thing you can start on here is a 250cc. That means any 250cc including nsr/rgv/rs250/cbr/zxr250c, my favourite of the 250s, 19k rpm IL4, completely adjustable front and rear shocks with double discs, USD forks etc, absolute More..

  • Well coming up to a junction at that speed and not stopping is asking for trouble, also there's nobody on the bike!!! Which would be very dangerous lol lol lol

    • @aleihs and you're a moron who has no valid opinion because you likely have no experience, though I'm sure you'll say you have experience, because that's what morons do.

    • @EmrysM And I will let you know that only a moron takes time to argue with another moron.

    • @sungam Nope, all of the posts I've seen by aleihs have been insults or more indirect trolling. The way I see it this person posts whatever garbage goes through it's mind rather than at least informed garbage. From this post I further my observance in suggesting that aleihs agrees with a negative description without actually knowing the facts. If I'm wrong I'm wrong, meh.

      Trolololo.

  • Yeah ignoring the stop sign element was a big no-no. Puddles and debris are dangerous since motorcycles only have one wheel giving the power, so that's legit, as for paying attention to people in cars, that's an obvious one, people who drive vehicles with four wheels tend to get complacent and not notice things.. LIKE OTHER DRIVERS WTF? Anyhoo, depending on the weather and the road conditions(and the type of bike you're riding) you could lean into a turn from a stop. I once had a 250cc dual spor More..

  • Usual script for most transport agencies. Remember to look at your speedo all the time, not at the road.
