For sure I know the USA is not some 3rd world country where infrastructure is just trash after a while. Americans are OK. It just puzzles me why you'd want to get into the effort of taking all the steel and debris out of the river. Just do the reverse thing the guys did who one build that bridge. No need for spectacular explosions.
