Well, explosion happens between the camera and the Bradley so i doubt that there was any damage. Specialy because there was no aftermath.
As for "postponing the execution" we all can find information about civilian casualties caused by IEDs and draw our own conclusions. My opinnion is that those civilians didn't have anything to do with anything.
