SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Police arrested a Scottsdale man for allegedly molesting a 4-year-old girl in public view.
Albert Guzman, 63, was booked on one count each of sexual conduct with a minor and public sexual indecency.
Police said the victim is a relative of Guzman.
The arrest came after a witness called 911 Monday morning.
"I just saw an elderly man in my neighborhood that I'm not familiar with sexually molesting a ... girl," the witness reported.
"He had her up in a tree and her underwear and pants were off," according to the caller.
The alleged incident happened in a greenbelt area near Pima and Indian Bend roads.
